This is a very thorough, deep dive into your current symptoms, medical history and concerns. The initial consultation allows me to fully understand your situation and to take the first step in developing a bespoke management plan tailored to you.

Gillian will ask a lot of questions during the initial consult and if applicable may request blood results to be supplied or testing to be completed after this consultation.

After the initial consultation you will receive an email summary with your personalised plan that can be implemented immediately. This allows for ease of use and is an ongoing point of reference.

Tailored meal plans can also be developed specific to your needs to help keep you on track - these are an additional cost if required.

These review sessions are critical to allow for us to check in progress, celebrate wins and tweak the management plan as required. I would recommend reviews are attended ever two weeks initially.

I spend a minimum of 60 -90 minutes developing and calculating specific nutrients and adjusting for GI symptoms, preferences and GLP-1s.

This involves nutrient checking and specific details on portion sizes. The meal plans are laid out in an easy print format and cover all aspects of support needed.

Example meals are provided for breakfast, lunch and dinner and designed to make improvements to optimise your usual diet rather than a complete restart which makes for easier implementation and longer term adherence.
