I’m Gill — an Accredited Practising Dietitian with over 20 years of clinical experience. I help women in midlife understand their bodies, manage weight changes, navigate hormones, improve gut symptoms, and feel more in control of their health.
I’m also a mum, so my approach is practical, realistic, and made for busy, messy, real life — not influencer perfection.
